The photos below show loaded and empty barges on the Nanticoke River in Delaware == Barge companies say the river needs to be dredged to allow existing commercial barge traffic to continue. However, as you can see from the photos, loaded barges are traveling the river nearly daily.  So could the intent of dredging be to allow the barge companies to push even larger and potentially more destructive barges on the Nanticoke River?  Is this part of the Stimulus package - to stimulate financial rewards of commercial companies without any protection for homeowners or the environment??    YOU DECIDE !
